Unaccepted acceptance of goods

  • The supplier reserves a convenient delivery slot
  • The goods are brought to this slot and, using an access code, placed in the temporary reception storage area
  • A warehouse employee accepts goods at a convenient time (by assortment, quantity, quality)
  • The entire process is recorded on video. With the possibility of further convenient viewing by delivery number, pallet, product, etc., both to the supplier and to authorized employees of the company

Smart shelving and picker cart

  • 9 orders are automatically distributed to each picker
  • The light on the rack turns on from where to select the goods and the quantity to be selected is indicated
  • The collector “goes into the light.” When approaching the rack, the cart indicates the quantity of goods for each order
  • The picker moves the required amount of goods and confirms the movement by pressing a button on the cart

Weighing goods picking area

  • The goods for selection are highlighted for the picker, and the required weight of the goods in the order is displayed on the scales
  • The picker moves the goods from the cell to the scale. At the same time, the remaining weight according to the plan is displayed on the scales
  • When all the goods have been selected, the indicator indicates completion, and the picker moves the goods to the order cell that the system highlighted for him
  • Upon completion of the completion of the weight part of the order, this cell will appear in the assembly route for the assembler with a cart and he will move the entire contents of the cell to his container. This way the weight and non-weight parts of the order are combined

Quick loading racks for cars

  • The assembler moves the completed order to the shipping area. At the same time, the order is placed in a specific cell in the loading rack
  • When the last mile vehicle arrives for loading, the entire rack with all orders is moved into it
  • When the driver arrives at the address, the Courier mobile application indicates the number of the cell with the order at this address
